Refund policy

Sloan Rose Interiors offers a rotating collection of handcrafted and vintage objects, so no two drops are quite alike, & how a return works depends a little on the piece. Handmade objects are made in small batches in New York, so slight variations in finish, texture, or color are part of how each one is made & are not considered defects. Vintage and thrifted pieces are one of a kind & sold as is, so any wear or patina is part of the object's history, described & photographed honestly in the listing, & these are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged. Candles cannot be returned once burned, for safety & hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email sloanroseinteriors@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, & we will replace it where possible or refund you. Because many pieces are one of a kind, a refund is often the remedy rather than a replacement. Unused handmade objects in original condition may be returned within 14 days for a refund of the item price. We provide a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the item.
